Does your lot qualify for a new building?
Check the PUD, Page 2, Section 5 "Structures".
If your lot does qualify for a new building, then the board requests the following information be gathered and delivered via email to one of the board members.

Include building setbacks as measurements in feet from the property lines.
Ensure they are within PUD requirements as listed in the PUD, Page 2, Section 8 "Set Back".

Plans that show what the building will look like. Designs from the Contractor or building supplier are ideal but not required.
